Friendly, Professional Veterinary clinic. Most personable Vet and staff we have ever encountered. A Veterinary place to take your animals WITHOUT having to take out a bank loan. Might be a bit of a drive from Thunder Bay but very much worth the drive.

They took care of my animals and did their job great....but incredibly rude. No people skills at all. Made the experience not so good

Great knowledge and service here to meet my needs. Prices are very very reasonable. Cheery staff every time we visit.

Nice people , great service

I brought my dog in for a broken / infected nail. I figured the vet would look at it , give me some antibiotics and send me on my way . Instead dr egli decided to take off the dead nail , then he needed to sedate my 9 year old dog to trim its other nails. He began to hack at her nails so savagely that he ended up cutting two different healthy nails so badly they bled everywhere and needed to be cauterized several times to stop the bleeding. He then reversed the sedation 10 minutes later with another drug that was completely unnecessary to my 9 year old dogs liver and immediately asked me to take her off the table before she was even awake or moving. She is 82 pounds and Im 120 lbs and can barely lift her but I did as he asked and my dog ended up not being able to stand for several more minutes. Walking into walls and cars on the way to my car . She later had trouble controlling her bowels ( which has never happened before ) and her nail that I brought her in for is still bleeding and looks painful 9 hours after this experience . He also suggested she didnt need a cone to stop her from licking it , but I got her one anyways because I know better. Basically she and I both had completely unnecessary traumatizing experiences for a broken slightly infected nail that could have easily been fixed with a bandage , cone and antibiotics ... I would not recommend this vet to ANYONE or wish this upon anyone or their pet
